We offer worldwide shipping through a range of trusted delivery partners, selected based on your location.

  • UK Orders: We primarily use Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD for domestic deliveries.

  • International Orders: Shipments are handled by couriers such as DHL, DPD, and UPS.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Important: From 20th November 2025, all orders to EU countries will be shipped from our EU partner warehouse, which means no import duties will apply for customers.


Shipping Charges

At Vintage Leather, we strive to keep shipping costs competitive. Charges depend on your destination and the weight of your parcel.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. Please do not return the parcel without notifying us, as this may affect refunds or replacements. If the packaging is damaged, take photos of the parcel and send them to us so we can resolve the issue quickly.

  • Lost Orders: If you suspect your order has been lost, reach out to us. We will liaise with the courier to locate your shipment and provide an update.
